Hello,
After severeal failures due to missing components (such as Powershell and Windows Installer etc.) neded by the installation, several folders like c:\a3838c89435e530f8b228dbc are left behind that cannot be deleted under
both Win XP SP3 and Win 7. Is there a tool, utility or procedure to remove them? I beleive they are not needed by the SQLserver 2008 installation after a succesful end.
