ASP.Net Global Hotkeys

I want to assign a system-wide global hotkey to launch my asp.net application.

I know how to do this with user32.dll and vb.net, but not with asp.net.

Is it done by creating a vb.net project and incorporating it in an ASP.Net assembly with interop?

Where can I get info on how to do this?
