in post back my inside grid view is disabling

 Dear ,

After making IsPostBack my code gets worked but actually some other problem is happening

from My inside gridview is getting disabled and my inside loop is not counting and from designer also the inside grid view disabling
Plz helpcheck the coding the post back way is correct or not plz guide me
