Text inside Literal control is not in HTML format ?

 Hello Everyone,
 I have this literal control on my VB .net page. I enter some text into it and it put some '=20' and '=0' on line breaks and some random places. 
I just want to show my text inside the control in HTML format. 
Here is my code:
