Microsoft Speech object Library

Hi,

I have used the Microsoft speech object and it gives an error which is

Access is denied. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80070005 (E_ACCESSDENIED))
System.UnauthorizedAccessException: Access is denied. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80070005 (E_ACCESSDENIED))

any suggestions
