When I send the url say http://localhost/sample.aspx?param=^test through webrequest, the webrequest escape the "^" character to %5E. How can I disable this encoding so the web request send the url with "^". I tried to put "validateRequest=false" to config.xml and it didn't seem to work. Please advise. Thanks.
