System.Runtime.InteropServices.COMException: HRESULT: 0xE004002A when use owc, please help !

Hi

I meet this issue when i try to export  file to a unc path.  following is my test code.

            OWC.SpreadsheetClass  ExcelOwc= new OWC.SpreadsheetClass();
            ExcelOwc.Cells[1,1] = "test";
