I am trying to work out how to download files from my site which I have uploaded to a directory.
I have followed the Tutorials on the ASP.Net site to create a upload dialog.

This works fine and uploads the files to a folder which is created if there are downloads.
The folder is created by using the ErrorID
Eg. C:\Temp\Desktop\Uploaded Files\XX\
Where XX is the ErrorID which is returned from a Stored Procedure to a textbox and reused by the
upload code. All attachments are then stored in this folder.
I am in the middle of creating a Error Detail page which will contain all details of Error added and I would like to have a list of the attachments (if there are any) which the user can click to download or open).
I am unsure how to go ...
