Multiple Arraylist or Multiple IDictionary

I Wounder if there is A multiple Arraylisy/Idictionary/Hashtable in asp.net API?? Or is it hard to create a multiple arraylist.
Iam not sure which List I should use? Arraylisy, Idictionary or Hashtable?
The structure I would like to create is this :
