what i have seen is
the only way to reflect a change in datasource (database) or the page is to refresh the page
to avoid pressing f5 we put ajax timer
but i would like to do something like,
there are 4 users
user1 is admin. he can do anything
remaining are clients can read and post comments
when the admin post a new change, changes the contents on the fields the client are viewing,
a piece of code forces the webpage opened on the client side to refresh itself/like reload.
note
the admin page is completely different
the users page does not need any sign in, its just a page cennected to a datasource sql.
