Access to the path 'xxxxxxxx' is denied

Hi Every one,

I have got a small problem in window server 2003.My problem is ,when i am trying to execute the below code ,I am getting the error :Access to the path 'D:\AWS2\Web\vhost\Data\H\L\20840122\safari\Admin\WordOut.htm' is denied.
