Excluding Characters Inputted By User, Display Excluded Characters Reversed

 Hey there, I'm having difficulty setting up a form. I need to do the following using VB... and I'm VERY new to it so I'm having difficulty:
 
I need:
- A text box in which a user can input a line of text
- A second text box in which the user can then input which characters they wish to exclude from their line of text
- A required field validator for both of these text boxes
- A response.redirect to a new page displaying the following:
                            - The original line of text, in reverse order, with the specified characters excluded
                            - A line of text showing the characters which have been excluded (in normal order) ...
