Can an ascx file have more than one form element?

Hello,

I have an existing .ascx file that has an existing form.  When I add another form to the control I get:
Multiple controls with the same ID 'aspnetForm' were found. Trace requires
that controls have unique IDs. 
So my .ascx looks something like:
 <table>
<tr>
<td>
<form id="frmA" runat=server>
</form>
 
<form id="frmB" runat="server">
</form> 

</td>
</tr>
</table>
Can you not have multiple server side forms on a page or in a table cell?
