ASPxHtmlEditor1 with displaying problem ?

hello
i have problem with ASPxHtmlEditor1.. My code is below..
ASPxHtmlEditor1.Html = GridView3.Rows(0).Cells(0).Text.ToString ' my datatype is text..

and ASPxHtmlEditor1 displaying like below :

but it should display picture.. bold character and colourcharacter..

what can be problem ? how can i display it truely ?
