How to extract section text

I have a requirement of extracting text in section in a file.

 Section 1:

 Some Text in Section 1.

 Some Text in Section 1.

 Some Text in Section 1.

Section 2:

Some Text in Section 2.

 Some Text in Section 2.

 Some Text in Section 2.

Can I get the text in section along with section title?

so that I can save each section in Database.

Any help is highly appreciated.
