I have a form where I have a couple of text boxes. The first text box is Email text box. When the page is loaded the first text box has focus (cursor is there). I have written a requiredfieldvalidator control for this text box and all the other textboxes. But when the page is loaded and if the user simply tabs without entering anything, the requiredfield validator is not displaying the error message.
But if I type an email address in Email.txt and tab to the second one and then come back to Email.txt and delete that email address and while that Email.txt is empty if I tab now I get the requiredfieldvalidator error message.
But the reqular expression validator is working fine. Here is my code:
