Links do not work on production server?

Hi
I have a website that is working fine on my PC.
Response.Redirect((Request.ApplicationPath & "/test/test.aspx?DepartmentID=") & departmentId)  
same link on prodaction server is not working.
The responce i get is  404
this is the url:
http://new.domain.com/test/test.aspx?DepartmentID=1
as you can seee it is under a subdomain
can any one help?
