Sending emails automatickly

Hi, 
In order to send email, I created a page (mail.aspx) then when the page load the mail send. 
How can I set the mails to be sent automatickly (at 8h00, 14h00 and 21h00) ?
I just need to open the page (mail.aspx) and close utomatickly at these times
