Membership Problem

Problem: We have Internal Users inside the company with already defined username and password for

the all applications related to the company, and there are external users who also can use the

application from outside the company. I have to depend on the active directory (AD) for internal users,

but it doesn?t contain any data for external users, so how I can manage the membership for all users?

Question, check the following solution does it makes sense?
