I made a folder on my D: drive and made that folder a Virtual Directory to store photos from my web application.
This works great when I manually input the URL to see the picture - http://localhost/UserImages/64e5c71c-e859-4141-b271-0e392235cf2c/AboutImage/zThumb_liuroesqs8.jpeg
But when I run my application in Visual Studio 2008 on Vista I get a red X where the picture should be. My web app is using the development server http://localhost:49910/64e5c71c-e859-4141-b271-0e392235cf2c/AboutImage/zThumb_liuroesqs8.jpeg
