I am nervous here... I have never really received an answer to a real problem... so, let's see what happens.
I have discovered a bug. I have seen this exact thing posted a few times, with no answer, of course.
It seems that when I use the MEMBERSHIP class, none of it's members work. For example, if I want the current user's email address, and I try :
Membership.GetUser.Email ...
I get a compilation error that states GetUser is not a member of MEMBERSHIP.
This ia consistant accross the board. No member of this class works. Of course, no error shows in the code, and intellisense offers me the member, but the application simply won't run.
Does anyone ANYWHERE have a clue here? I have studied all of the documentation and bug reports and have seen nothing.
Is it part of the old framework? What gives...
