Media Player with Jump To Box

Hello Everyone and thnaks for your help in advance.  I would like to embed a media player within an ASP.Net page with a few other options.  On the page:

On the left side of the page, there is a Jump To dropdown box that jumps to a portion of the media file.  Can someone please point me to a tutorial or tell me how this works?  Second, there is a PDF embedded on the right side of the page.  I am assuming this is using some type frame to do this, but wanted to knwo if there was some way of changing the pages with the jump to box as well.
Any insight on this topic is greatly appreciated.
