Timed Redirect to another webpage

Hi, I would like a Page1.aspx to load when a user clicks a button.

Page1.aspx - TEXT -  Your request has been processed

Then after 5 seconds Page2.aspx loads automatically.

 Is there anyway I can do this in C# or ASP, and not the old way of using a META refresh.
