Role Management in ASP.net pages

I created some users using createuser wizard, ok I can include this page in my application

now In want to create some groups/Roles and want to add users to this roles

how can do this in asp.application., as usually we do in windows applications

I dont  want to use aplication configuration wizard for this purpose
