I have developed an ASP.NET Application for Simple Workflow Process to Submit Leave Forms and Store them on a Folder in the Server using PDF Forms (Adobe LiveCycle Desinger 8.2).
Now the users wants to track what forms which have been submitted, and the status of the forms: Staff ID, Submission Date, Approved, Pending Approval ...etc.
The problem is that I did not store such info in a Database, cause I was under huge pressure to deliver . All such info are coded in the PDF Folder/File Name and the Date/Time is the Date/Time the file was modified .
