Hello, I have one main server which I need to communicate with several other servers(sub servers). The purpose of the sub servers is to generate images and return them to the main server so that they may be saved.
I suppose the best way to do this would be for my main server to do an httpwebrequest to a page on my sub servers which would generate the image and return it to my main server as a response. Is this a good solution?
If so how can my main server retrieve the jpeg image returned by my sub servers to save it. And also if there is an error and the image cannot be generated by my sub servers, how can my sub server respond with an error message so that my main server can read it and process the error.
