How to deploy a web service on remote machine?

Hi

I built a web service on localhost and everything runs fine. When I deploy it to a production server and I input the URL from browser, it shows 500 error.
http://localhost/WebService/test.asmx - it works on local machine
http://192.207.122.54/WebService/test.asmx - it does not work on remote machine in intranet.
I added web reference to test web service. Should I add DISCO? If so, how can I do it in VS2005? I use asp.net 2.0 and c#.

I can open the http://localhost/WebService on the production server through remote desktop.
