WAT Doesn't Work - Urgent

Hello my friends ,

 I can't make WAT work
I couldn't understand why ,
I tried everything came up into my mind ,
 


I always get this error :

Tool Has Timed Out


I tried aspnet_regsql
aspnet_regiis
from every possible ways that I had learn't with no result ,

I also tried to make new application's , new web.config , lots of copy & paste & restarts,
again with no result ,


 
Can you help me to figure it out ?
