I have developed a web application for my client in C#.NET, ASP.NET Framework 3.5. This application takes input from users and on button click, searches backend SQL data (executes query/SP's) and also uses Webservices to return the results. Now after completion of the web application which is working fine on computer browser as well as on mobile devices (Iphone and Android) browser.
Now my client has asked me to build Mobile App for native platform (iOS, Android mainly). I am new to mobile app development, so I have researched as which is the best approach. I came across PhoneGap which uses HTML5, Javascript/Jquery & CSS for building native apps. But my question is how can I use backend SQL Server database to execute queries and SP's and call Webservices to get results and display in HTML5 mobile app.
Please advice me the correct approach if I am wrong. Can I get any sample code for reference?
