I'm having problem with the margin left I am adding for example margin-left:37%.. so in a browser(google chrome) I get the correct position and in another (internet explorer) I get another position how to fix that?
Plus can I inhibit a link button to refresh the page when pressed and how?
And how can I get a panel to be positioned under a certain button like the panels of login ..
