Generating redirect URL based on GUID and white spaces

Hi Guys,

I create a link in my code behind aspx.vb and want to display it so on click it redirects so user
the problem is with my url generated:

'strSessionID = strSessionID.Replace(" ", "%20") 'replaces whitespaces


'original feed (that works when pasted into browser)
05095735-8053-4d86-9ed5-37756aa47b147/15/2009 1:07:07 PM



Replacewhite spaces off (commented out):
05095735-8053-4d86-9ed5-37756aa47b147/15/2009%25201:07:07%2520PM
site can not be matched..where does the %2520 come from ??


replacewhitespaces on (has...somehow...cut off whole time part):
05095735-8053-4d86-9ed5-37756aa47b147/15/2009
site can not be matched


Any ideas how I can handle that ?
