How to get logged user name from Active Directory

Hello,
I need help with getting logged user name from Active Directory. I'm using  System.Security.Principal library to get user name from Windows.Identity.GetCurrent.Name. When I run code on my machine, it returns correct user name. But when I transfer code to dev machine, it returns IUSR account not the user name I'm logged in with.
