I need to use Rijndael classes with these settings:
Encryption: AES
Mode: CBC
Padding: PKS#5
Key format: Hex
Key bit length: 256
Cipher Text: Hex
The encrypted string is coming from a 3rd party source, and I also need to send it using the same configuration.
