I'm trying to set up SQL Server Express 2008 on my windows server that I'm using for our web server. I want the database and tomcat (my web server) running on the same box.
The problem is I can't seem to get a good TCP/IP connection to my database.
Here is my connection info which is the same as I'm using on my test box so I know it should work:
username="sa"
password="xxxxxx"
driverClassName="net.sourceforge.jtds.jdbc.Driver"
url="jdbc:jtds:sqlserver://localhost/PsDb"
I have enabled TCP/IP. I enabled IP3 and IP 4. IP 4 is set up as follows:
Active Yes
Enabled Yes
