Creating asp net forms dinamically

Hi,

I need to develop an asp .net application with the following requeriments:

1. Let administrators to create tables and their structure from the application in the database
2. Let administrators to design dinamically web forms for each table created. This web forms will be used
for users in order to fill the tables with data. Not a complicated interface it could be very simple for example
only with textboxes and buttons but as minimal using drag and drop.

According with this I need to design an interface ( it could be windows or web ) where the administrators can design forms
and produce web forms.

My question is: There is an easy way in vs 2008 to create dynamically web forms, for example create an xml or use infopath, other
options than create dynamically each control using .net.


Any suggestion could help me.
