Retrive model name of active display monitors

I'd like to retrive model name of display monitor, such as ACER X192W

 

I know the monitors' model name locate at

HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Enum\DISPLAY\?VESA_Monitor_ID?\?PNP_ID?\HardwareID

 

And check the running status through Control & DeviceParameter\EDID

 

But after plugin / remove several monitors, this rule comes out wrong answer,

there're too many monitors seem to be active.

So I try to fingure out the real active monitor by WMI & GDI, and compare the PNP_ID with redundant monitors.
