i have 3 cases :
1 . fixed (if dropdown selected value is fixed)
startDate, EndDate, Amount , CurrencyID, acrtivationDate, ExpiryDAte is required
2. free (if dropdown selected value is free )
startdate, end date,activation date, expiry date is required
3. percentage(if dropdown selected value is percentage)
startDate, EndDate, percentage, acrtivationDate, ExpiryDAte is required
