How to import unstructured excel into mssql

I can easily import excel data when this data is laid out in rows only usign aspx .In this case some data are on rows while others are on column.
example below
Name: John                  Lab NO: 2141       RegNO: 1457 surname: Doe               Result: P               RegDate:01/02/2013 DOB :20-01-1989 
Name: Rack                     Lab NO: 2141       RegNO: 1457 surname: bama                Result: P               RegDate:01/02/2013 DOB :20-01-1989 
I am clueless how to approach this.Any help is welcomed
