Is it possible to cature an URL and redirect to a new one?

I am getting hits on a lot of old URLs that I would like to return with response of 301 moved permanetly and then redirect them to a new URL that hosts the new data. I know i could just make an aspx page for it and do a redirect but so far this month I have about 100 URLs. I was thinking maybe something in the global.aspx page or maybe the web.config? Any one have a better way then making an aspx page for each bad URL?
