Web Service Data Returned is not working

Hello,

For some reason, data returned through a web service call is not returning.  There is data; the database returns this data, but the WS service call does not return data.  Is there any sort of timeout setting outside of setting it in the JS code directly, or does the proxy have a default?  Is there a web config setting?
