Get Uncommon values of List

Hi
I am having List in which i have items as follows
Style    Carat
====  ======
Style 1  0.35
Style 2  0.35
Style 3  0.35
Style 2  0.36
Style 1  0.37
Style 3  0.38

I want to remove items by comparing values of styles having same value  from list
Can anybody suggest me the way
