execute - navigate to another page, but stay at 1st

 Hi all,
I have textbox and i button at my webpage.
 
texbox value="test"
When i press the button i want to "navigate" (execute)  http://www.example.com/"text" BUT without showing the navigate page. I want to stay at 1st page.
