adding checkbox dynamically with InnerHTML

I have a for loop in which I have created my links dynamically with using <tr><td>,... tags inside my for lopp and then add this expression to an object having InnertHtml , but I am not able to add check box inside my expression which has <tr><td>,... tag anyone tell me what is the correct syntax for combining check box with these tags (they are all in my aspx.cs file)
