how to do a cross page submit?

We have user accounts and password for our vendor's login page and we want to use our own login page to replace the vendor's log in page.
When user log into our login page,  put in username and password, click Submit button, the username and password should submit to Vendor's login page.
How can I do this kind of cross page submit?
