Below is the aspx markup and the code behind is completly empty.
I have scaled down the problem to as simple as possible.
I try to update the Products table from the Northwind database. I have hard coded to update record with ProductID = 17 just
to make it as easy as possible to hopefully find my problem.
In this code I compare the old value with the new one by using the Original prefix.
This is the way to do it according to the documentation.
The problem is that when I click the edit and enter a new price and then click update no change occurs for the record in the database.
The old value remains all the time no matter what I change.
Does anyone have a solution to this simple problem ?
