list box multiple selection

 Hi i want to  display  country Names in listbox
if i select multiple country names ex: India , pakistan i have to populate all cities from those countries
if i select only pakistan i want to display only pakistan cities in gridview
.i have  two tables

1)Countrys 
2)Cities
