Hi,
I am using a threas from ASP.NET (2.0) page which executes for couple of hours and completes a Job in the background. Everything was working fine but from last few days I am getting Thread aborted exception. I am not using any Response.Redirect. I tried to run on a server with single user so that there is no other Thread but still the thread gets aborted after 20-30 minutes. It may be exceeding some threashold value but I cannot figure out the reason.
What are the conditions under which IIS can Abort the ASP.NET thread
