In my current project, which was developed in asp.net 1.1, I
need to check for any security vulnerabilities exist or not. I need to
check the CSRF(Cross Site Request Forgery), XSS(Cross Site Scripting)
and SQL injection.
While googling I found some information about
these, but not able to understand, what are the things I have to check
for this. Any separate tools exist for checking these kind of
vulnerabilities?
For SQL Injection, I found that making SQL
queries by Parameterized queries instead of using input from the user
directly. Is it the only possible solution to overcome from SQL
Injection? Any other things also be done for that?
For CSRF and
XSS I found some articles, but unable to know how to do the checking in
my application. Any direct and clear ways available?
