how to assign different URL based on the text contents of a Cell

 Hi,
I have a gridview with Itemtemplate columns. I want to add hyperlinks to some of the cells in the row.I  have multiple IDs in one cell separated with commas...for example "BX647329, X68728, M11313".
I need to generate hyperlinks dynamically becasue sometimes i have one ID and sometime multiple. And link these IDs to an external website such as http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/entrez/viewer.fcgi?val=BX647329.
So in this case i need three hyperlinks in one column.
Can anybody help me?
