How to Access POS printers using ASP.net

Hi All,

           I am new to POS related application development, we are developing one web application for big retail store management, In this I am not able to find out how to access client POS printers using ASP.net (or) by using AJAX.

 If any one know,  how to access POS printers using ASP.net (or) AJAX, please help me.
